Geometry Measurements Measuring Wheel With Simple (Goba)

Work steps
Measurement toe? in:
* Place the wheel on a turntable that has been compiled
* Note, the beam frame must be parallel to the axle (image: A)
* Replace the measuring tool toe? in, select the average for measurements
* To measure price toe? in, turn the screw gauge to adjust the rim, read the measurement results on the scale (image: B)
Note: Prices toe - in = inner zero digits
Price toe - out = outer zero digits
Calibration and measurement of camber
* Install the framework of measuring along the gauge (image: C)
Measuring devices mounted facing forward
* Set pointer to perpendicular (normal spirit level)
* Remove the needle unit / measuring tools
* Turn the wheel and its frame measuring 1800
* Replace the gauge (picture: D)
* At the time of the image position as a spirit level should be normal as before
* Lower the car and set the normal spirit level, read the results of the appointment of the needle (picture: I)
The magnitude of the figures used needles is the amount of camber angle
Note: When the needle indicates the number next to zero = positive Camber
When the outer needle shows the number zero = Negative Camber
Measurement caster:
For measurement of the angle caster and king? pin the car to be braked
* Replace the caster scale as the picture: F
Measuring tool remains mounted on the front
* Turn the wheel 200 (frame frame measuring parallel with measuring rod, see picture: G)
For the measurement of the right wheel steered the first wheel to the right, the left wheel steered to the left first
* At the turn position 200 set normal spirit level and a sliding scale of caster so that the needle points to zero (? 0?)
* Rewind 400 (200 passing through the straight position, see figure: H)
* Set the normal spirit level, read the appointment of a needle on a scale such designation is the price caster angle
Note: Figures outer zero = Price of positive caster angle
Figures next to zero = negative caster angle Price
Angle measurement king? pin
* Remove the unit gauge / needle
* Replace the wheel sideways position (figure 1)
* Perform steps? measures such as caster angle measurement

KESELAMATAN KERJA :
Jangan bekerja di bawah mobil yang terangkat tanpa pengaman
Langkah Kerja
Pengukuran toe ? in :
* Letakkan roda di atas meja putar yang telah disusun
* Perhatikan, balok rangka harus sejajar dengan sumbu roda ( gambar : A )
* Pasang alat ukur toe ? in, pilih yang rata untuk pengukuran
* Untuk mengukur harga toe ? in, putar baut pengukur sampai menyetel pelek, baca hasil pengukuran pada skala ( gambar : B )
Catatan : Harga toe - in = Angka sebelah dalam nol
Harga toe - out = Angka sebelah luar nol
Kalibrasi dan pengukuran camber
* Pasang rangka ukur beserta alat ukur ( gambar : C )
Alat ukur dipasang menghadap ke depan
* Setel jarum penunjuk sampai tegak lurus ( waterpas normal )
* Lepas unit jarum penunjuk / alat ukur
* Putar roda beserta rangka ukur 1800
* Pasang kembali unit alat ukur ( gambar : D )
* Pada saat kedudukan seperti gambar tersebut waterpas harus normal seperti semula
* Turunkan mobil dan setel waterpas normal, baca hasil penunjukan jarum ( gambar : I )
Besarnya angka yang ditunjukkan jarum adalah besarnya sudut camber
Catatan : Bila jarum menunjukkan angka sebelah dalam nol = Camber positif
Bila jarum menunjukkan angka sebelah luar nol = Camber negatif
Pengukuran caster :
Untuk pengukuran caster dan sudut king ? pin mobil harus direm
* Pasang skala caster seperti gambar : F
Alat ukur tetap terpasang di depan
* Belokkan roda 200 ( bingkai rangka ukur sejajar dengan batang ukur, lihat gambar : G )
Untuk pengukuran roda kanan belokkan roda ke kanan lebih dulu, roda kiri belokkan ke kiri lebih dulu
* Pada posisi belok 200 setel waterpas normal dan geser skala caster agar jarum menunjuk nol ( ? 0 ? )
* Putar balik 400 ( 200 melewati posisi lurus, lihat gambar : H )
* Setel waterpas normal, baca penunjukan jarum pada skala penunjukan tersebut adalah harga sudut caster
Catatan : Angka sebelah luar nol = Harga sudut caster positif
Angka sebelah dalam nol = Harga sudut caster negatif
Pengukuran sudut king ? pin
* Lepas unit alat ukur / jarum penunjuk
* Pasang kembali pada posisi menyamping roda ( gambar : 1 )
* Lakukan langkah ? langkah seperti pengukuran sudut caster
* Hasil penunjukan jarum merupakan harga sudut king ? pin
