Dibawah ini saya rangkum dari beberapa sumber dan ditambah dengan pengalaman yang saya dapatkan.. Uraian abaikan saja, hanya pemanis.. :V, langung saja lihat preview documnennya. Examination Prerequisites Geometry Adjustment Wheel

WORK SAFETY :
* Do not work under the lifted car without stand
WORK STEPS :
1. Examination of the steering system
* Check the freedom of steering gears, straighten the wheels and move the steering wheel to the left and to the right, watching the wheels start moving
If there is true freedom or no freedom of freedom of steering gear set
* Check the connection wheel, rubber dust cover, and so on
Move the steering wheel and note the looseness in the joint? joint steering connection
If there is a loose dressing jont joint
If keret replace damaged rubber dust cover dust cover
* Check the steering connection components from damage / crookedness

* Check the length of tie? rod left and right

2. Inspection suspension
* Check the rubber pad and fastening clamp satabilisator, when loose / broken repair / replace
* Check the vibration dampers (sokbreker), when an oil leak must replace sokbreker
And if the rubber pads loose / broken, the rubber must be replaced
* Check the operation of joint vibration, press the wheel off the car and notice of motion up / down
* If the motion is immediately stopped well
* If the motion is more than two times (ugly)
replace vibration damper
* Check the ball joint and rubber pads
* Lift the car and move the wheel with stairs
If there is looseness, be sure where the looseness / hilarity occurred ????.
Press the brake and move the wheels with arms
Looseness occurs in the dressing wheel bearing / wheel bearing set
Hilarity occurred on joint / suspension bearings to replace / repair
3. Examination wheel
* Check tire wear
If tire wear exceeds the limit replace the tire. If tire wear is still within tolerance, the left and right tire wear must be the same
* Check the tire pressure
Give a tire pressure according to the instructions
* Check the condition of the rim
If cracked, damaged bolt holes, shaky and so replace the rim
4. Inspection body
Perilksa slope of the body and body height
If skewed due to lower cargo load
If skewed due to suspension? repair / replace the suspension component
If the height of the car is reduced due to a suspension rather weak / soft
set height of the vehicle or the wheel geometry adjustment must be adjusted

* Pengunci roda kemudi
BAHAN :
* Mobil dengan suspensi independen
WAKTU :

KESELAMATAN KERJA :
* Jangan bekerja di bawah mobil yang terangkat tanpa penyangga
LANGKAH KERJA :
1. Pemeriksaan sistem kemudi
* Periksa kebebasan gigi kemudi, luruskan roda dan gerakkan roda kemudi ke kiri dan ke kanan sambil memperhatikan roda mulai bergerak
Jika ada kebebasan yang benar atau tidak ada kebebasan setel kebebasan gigi kemudi
* Periksa sambungan kemudi, karet penutup debu dan sebagainya
Gerakkan roda kemudi dan perhatikan kelonggaran pada joint ? joint sambungan kemudi
Jika jont ada yang longgar ganti joint
Jika keret penutup debu rusak ganti karet penutup debu
* Periksa komponen sambungan kemudi dari kerusakan / kebengkokan
Jika ada yang bengkok perbaiki / ganti komponen sambungan kemudi
* Periksa panjang tie ? rod kiri dan kanan
* Jika panjang tie-rod tidak sama setel panjang tie ? rod ( kanan / kiri harus sama )
* Periksa ketepatan pemasangan lengan pitman
Setel kedua baut stoper roda sehingga sama panjang dan selanjutnya putar roda kemudi ke kiri dan kanan penuh
Pemasangan lengan pitman tepat apabila sudut belok kiri kanan sama. Jika tida sama, tepatkan pemasangan lengan pitman
* Periksa kelurusan roda kemudi terhadap roda depan
Luruskan roda dan perhatikan posisi roda kemudi. Jika pemasangan roda kemudi tidak simetris, tepatkan pemasangan roda kemudi hingga simetris
2. Pemeriksaan suspensi
* Periksa bantalan karet dan klem pengikatan satabilisator, bila kendor / rusak perbaiki / ganti
* Periksa peredam getaran ( sokbreker ), bila oli bocor harus ganti sokbreker
Dan jika bantalan karetnya longgar / rusak, karet harus diganti
* Periksa bekerjanya bersama getaran, tekan mobil kemudi lepas dan perhatikan geraknya naik / turun
* Bila geraknya segera berhenti baik
* Bila geraknya lebih dari dua kali ( jelek )
ganti peredam getaran
* Periksa ball joint dan bantalan karet
* Angkat mobil dan gerakkan roda dengan tangga
Jika terdapat kelonggaran, pastikan dimana kelonggaran / kekocakan tersebut terjadi????.
Tekan rem dan gerakkan roda dengan lengan
Kelonggaran terjadi pada bantalan roda ganti / setel bantalan roda
Kekocakan terjadi pada joint / bantalan suspensi ganti / perbaiki
3. Pemeriksaan roda
* Periksa keausan ban
Jika keausan ban melebihi batas ganti ban. Jika keausan ban masih dalam batas toleransi, keausan ban kiri dan kanan harus sama
* Perilksa tekanan ban
Beri tekanan ban yang sesuai dengan petunjuk
* Periksa kondisi pelek
Jika retak, lubang baut rusak, oleng dan sebagainya ganti pelek
4. Pemeriksaan body
Perilksa kemiringan body dan tinggi body
Jika miring karena muatan turunkan muatan
Jika miring karena suspensi ? perbaiki / ganti komponen suspensi
Jika tinggi mobil berkurang karena suspensi agak lemah / lembek
setel tinggi kendaraan atau penyetelan geometri roda harus disesuikan
